Rentals, staffing, timeline, dietary needs, and the floor plan — your event planner coordinates it all so nothing lands on your plate.

4 · Seasonal sourcing

In the weeks before, we lock in produce, proteins, and breads from our local farm partners so everything is at its peak on your day.

5 · Flawless event day

Our chefs and front-of-house team arrive early, run the floor with quiet precision, and serve every guest like they're the only one.

6 · We clean up

When the night ends, we pack out, break down, and leave your venue spotless — you simply enjoy the afterglow.
